Terms of Service

1. Subject and Acceptance

Storix is a SaaS platform for inventory management, orders, and label generation designed for e-commerce merchants in Algeria practicing cash on delivery (COD).

By creating an account and using Storix, you agree to all these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you cannot use the platform.

2. Services Provided

Storix provides:

• Product catalog and inventory management
• Customer order tracking
• Shipping label generation
• Analytics dashboards
• Shipping rates integration by district
• Multi-language support (French, Arabic, English)

Your subscription includes a free trial of 30 days or 30 orders, whichever comes first.

3. Conditions of Use

3.1 Registration and Account

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• One account = one business/activity
• You must comply with Algerian e-commerce laws

3.2 Legal Compliance

You commit to:

• Respecting all applicable Algerian laws
• Declaring your income to the competent authorities
• Not selling illegal or counterfeit products
• Respecting customer data protection
• Fulfilling your tax obligations (VAT, taxes)

3.3 Customer Data

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining explicit customer consent before collection
• Protecting personal data (coordinates, payments)
• Respecting confidentiality of phone numbers and addresses
• Reporting any unauthorized access

Storix only stores customer data to facilitate your operations. You remain the owner of your data.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• Free trial: 30 days or 30 orders (whichever comes first)
• After trial: flat fee of 1500 DZD / month, with no order-volume tier
• Prices are displayed on the billing page

4.2 Renewal

• Renewal is not automatic: no recurring charge is taken without action on your part
• A recurring online payment method is not yet available; payment is handled manually per the instructions on the billing page
• You can cancel anytime
• No partial refunds are provided

4.3 Taxes

• Displayed prices do not include Algerian VAT if applicable
• You are responsible for calculating and paying your taxes

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Storix facilitates COD but is not responsible for:

• Receiving customer payment at delivery
• Carrier failures
• Customer returns or complaints
• Non-payment

Your carrier partner must remit collected funds according to agreed timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Services As-Is

Storix provides the platform "as-is". We do not guarantee:

• 100% availability (maintenance, incidents possible)
• Recovery of lost data (keep your backups)
• Absence of errors or bugs

6.2 Indirect Damages

Storix will not be responsible for:

• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data or customers
• Damage caused by cyberattacks or unauthorized access
• Service interruptions

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service over the past 3 months.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You can terminate your account anytime via settings. Your access will cease immediately.

7.2 Termination by Storix

Storix may suspend/terminate your account if:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Illegal activity detected
• Non-payment after 30 days
• Service abuse or attacks

7.3 After Termination

• You remain the owner of your data; it is deleted promptly from our servers after termination
• No refunds are provided
• Export your data before terminating your account, as deletion is immediate and cannot be undone

8. Intellectual Property

• Storix and its content = Storix property (© 2026)
• You retain ownership of your product/customer data
• Copying, reproducing, or reselling the platform is prohibited
• You grant Storix the right to use your data anonymously to improve the service

9. Security

Storix implements:

• HTTPS encryption (data in transit)
• Secure authentication
• Access audit logging
• Regular backups

You are responsible for:

• Choosing strong passwords
• Not sharing your credentials
• Reporting any suspicious access

10. Modifications to Terms of Service

Storix may modify the Terms of Service anytime. Modifications will be notified by email. Your continued use means acceptance of the new conditions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Algiers.
